Easter has a special way of bringing us back to the things we miss most — family tables, laughter in the kitchen, and desserts that make everyone gather a little closer.
This Easter bread is our playful celebration of spring and sweetness. Inside the soft, buttery dough hides a silky strawberry filling — bright, fragrant, and beautifully balanced between freshness and gentle sweetness.
On top, a cloud of delicate pink meringue adds airy lightness, finished with soft marshmallows gently torched with flame. As they caramelize, they create a golden, slightly toasted sweetness — a little reminder of childhood and simple joyful moments.
