Description

Syrniky is pronounced seer-nee-kee. Just say it out loud. These pillowy pancakes are made from farmers’ cheese, which is similar to ricotta.

They are slightly sweet, super soft, and taste amazing. They are best enjoyed with a scoop of jam or with a dollop of Greek yogurt. Try them for a breakfast treat or as an unusual dessert.
