We take orders from Tuesday to Sunday. Monday is our day off.
Please, order no later than 1 day before your desired pick up/delivery day (of course, earlier than 24 hours is possible), otherwise we cannot guarantee an order.
We have DELIVERY within Amsterdam Tuesday to Sunday 13:00-17:00 (please note that a delivery fee applies, which will be calculated at checkout).

Pickup Instructions
1. Pickup Day Information:
On the day you selected for pickup, the shop may be closed, but the pickup point will be open. We’ll be happy to see you from 14:30 to 18:00.
2. Pickup Timing:
If you need to pick up your order earlier or later than these hours, please contact us in advance through Instagram or email. Without prior arrangement, we cannot guarantee the availability of pickup outside the specified hours.
3. Order Identification:
To receive your order, simply provide the name under which it was placed. If the name is incorrect or you don’t know it, we won’t be able to give you the order until we clarify the details, and reserve the right to withhold it.
4. Safety and Access:
Sometimes the bakery door may be closed for safety reasons. There is a doorbell to the right of the door, please ring the bell or knock, and we’ll open it for you.
5. Order Storage:
We store your orders for up to 5 days. If you don’t pick up your order within this period and haven’t informed us at least 24 hours before the order date, we’ll unfortunately have to dispose of your order without a refund.
If, for any reasons, we are unable to proceed with your order, and a refund has been issued, the time it takes for you to receive the funds depends on your bank and may take from 5 to 30 business days.
6. Allergen Notice
We take food safety seriously. All our products are made in a bakery that handles nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, and eggs. While we take every precaution to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee the absence of trace allergens.
If you have a severe allergy or dietary concern, please be aware that we are unable to guarantee our products are completely free of allergens. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
We reserve the right to refuse service to a customer based on our internal policies or due to force majeure circumstances.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery date.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable.
Please pay attention, that the time of delivery and pick up can be changed due to the current state of workload!
We do not provide delivery outside Amsterdam. Delivery is possible ONLY in the time mentioned above, and won’t be proceed at any other time without the previous agreement via DM/email. We do not provide any exact time slots for the delivery without the previous agreement via DM/email and cannot guarantee it. Any notes that weren’t agreed via DM/email do not guarantee any other time for delivery and will not be processed.
